Permanent makeup NOT recommended for any clients who are or have: 

• Under 18 years old 

• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring 

• Pregnant or nursing 

• Diabetic (consult your doctor) 

• Undergoing chemotherapy (consult your doctor) 

• Have HIV or Hepatitis or any viral infections and/or diseases 

• Epilepsy 

• Pacemaker or major heart problems 

• Had an organ transplant 

• Been 0n Accutane within 1 year 

• Skin irritations of any kind near the treated area (psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.) 

• Sick (cold, flu, etc.) – This will affect the healing process. Please reschedule. 

• Botox in the past 2 weeks 

• Generally don’t heal well and develop infections easily. 

• Previous eyebrow tattoo that is too dark. (Please send me a picture so I can see how faded your old tattoo is.)
