  • No alcohol or caffeine before the procedure (at least 24 hours for alcohol). This also thins your blood.

  • No waxing or tinting 3 days before the procedure.

  • Avoid booking during your menstrual cycle as you will be more sensitive to pain.

  • No tweezing/ waxing at least 48 hours before procedure; electrolysis no less than five days before. Do not resume any method of hair removal for at least two weeks.

  • NO chemical peels, microdermabrasion and other facial procedures causing sensitivity to the skin 30 days prior.

  • If client is getting botox, make sure it is more than 30 days before (and after) the procedure as this may affect symmetry of the brows.

AFTER THE PROCEDURE

  • NO water, cleansers, creams, makeup or any other products on treated area for 10 days, unless given by your technician.  Chemicals found in makeup and cleaners may alter the color of the pigment and affect the healing process.

  • 1 hour post procedure, clean your eyebrows thoroughly with one of the provided aftercare wipes to wipe off any ointments or lymph fluids. Repeat every hour for 4 hours.

  • DO NOT rub, pick or scratch the treated area. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate off. Picking your scabs can cause scarring. If scabs remain after 10 days, continue to follow the aftercare instructions to obtain the best results.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 3-4 weeks after procedure.

  • Avoid heavy sweating for the first 10 days.

  • DO NOT let water touch your eyebrows when showering or washing your hair.
